Food was marginal.
Room was fine
Need some skin creams in the rooms
Balconies/sidewalks/pools need to be cleaned better for bird poop

這個酒店太好了，它是別墅的那種酒店，房間內應有盡有，洗衣機烘乾機，洗衣粉烘乾片，還有廚房，洗碗機，就是很方便，環境也很好，泳池溫泉也不錯，餐廳服務很好，吃的東西選擇性一般，畢竟白人飯就那樣吧~總之，超出了我的預期，很喜歡的酒店。

Place was OK, but the geese and chickens around the pools and hot tubs are disgusting.

Friendly staff, clean room and resort facilities. Wonderful amenities in the fitness center and available to rent.

This is not a traditional resort, it's a timeshare.
Rooms are OK but small and old. The restaurant does not even serve breakfast. If this were a real resort, breakfast lunch and dinner would be served. Unfortunately, other than 1 hotel down the street, there are not any other really nice resorts on this side of the island.

The pool area was wonderful! And enerything was clean and nice!

The room was beautiful and staff were very kind! The only annoying thing was that we weren't able to check in until 4:45pm (even though it states check in was at 4pm, which is already later than most hotels). The front desk said it was because of a lot of late check outs, but the brochure they gave me while I was waiting specifically said that late check outs were not available. The woman next to me also said the last time she stayed there, she wasn't able to check in until 5pm.

Friendly staff. Beautiful property. We had another wonderful stay. Sure wish you'd reopen the pool bar. It was a lovely place to eat and drink when it was open.

So much chlorine in the pool it reeked. Very timeshare vibe. Not great not bad.

Everything was good with this stay. The only issue was having to pay (Unexpectedly) $30 a day to park at the hotel. This was surprising when you dont have to pay to park at the domestic airport! Anyway nice resort but be aware that Princeville is an extremely expensive part of the Island with what must be the most expensive supermarket in North America - Foodland nearby.
