The property is in pristine condition and this applies to the exterior and interior suites. The staff at check in, housekeeping and amenities were all friendly and provided service of a luxury property.

The property in overall evaluation was execellent. Your staff was friendly and the service was good in general. In the meantime, A few difficulties we experienced include; a) extremely difficult to speak with either front desk person or concierge over phone when I needed a help or ask a simple question. They never came to my phone call, and always went into automatic (tape recorded voice message) message, to which I never received a call back from your staff. Even there was no direction for the use of your phone. A simple example was the TV sets were not properly connected; therefore, when we moved in to the room, there was no TV. We needed tograb your staff to ask how the TV sets can become working order. He took about ten minutes to make it work: but this is not what each guest needs to do by himself/herself.

The Resort was absolutely stunning, the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating! Highly recommend staying here, the rooms were perfect, view was breathtaking, the pool areas were fantastic & our evening meal was fabulous !

Disappointed when I was told I had 2 rooms together but were not. They assume being in the same building was being together.

I think that the housekeeping and customer service was great. They went above and beyond to help us out. 4 starts because we had a fire alarm test ignoring Do Not Disturb signs. Also 10:00am is a very inconvenient checkout time. I didn’t realize it was more of a timeshare owned property and I feel there are some negatives that come with that. Positives were a fridge, nearly full kitchen and washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed our 7-night stay at the Westin Princeville. It was recommended to us by friends and it didn't disappoint. It was always easy to find chairs at the pool, no matter the time of day. The poolside service was also great! Our villa was clean and comfortable and well-serviced. The concierge helped us book a couple of tours and had some good tips. They also opened the market store for us so we could buy some food, after we arrived late and very hungry. Only thing we didn't like was the $30/day charge for parking. I would recommend a stay at this property.

Expected Better
Because of the name Ocean Resort, we actually thought we would see the ocean from the resort. The shower/tub was difficult to enter and exit. The tub was slippery. It needs a mat for better balance and safety.
The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows for us were too big and lumpy. The heavy comforter was too heavy and hot. We didn’t use the air, and as such the heavy comforter wasn’t used. There needs to be an extra lighter blanket for use.
We look for a trash can and only found a very small plastic container in the bathroom. It was sufficient for all the trash. The screen door lock did not work. As such we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the glass doors open.
The restaurant door and service was amazing. The chicken poop on the tile floor next to us and chicken jumping on our table grabbing food was troubling.
We probably wouldn’t return to the resort.

Loved the property but my “Oveanview” room overlooked the parking lot which was a HUGE disappointment. And Because i booked on *******, we were given NO Marriott points after spending $2200.00, and altho my husband is a Titanium member, we ordinarily have perks like late checkout but not given.
We will never book with ******* again!

Resort was nice however our room had several problems during our stay such as the dishwasher overflowed and luckily we noticed it before we left the room and stopped the dishwasher or it could have caused significant damage to the carpeting and room. They did fix it when told about it.
The air conditioning was working fine for the first three days but the last three days it was leaking water and we asked them to fix it as it was making the carpet wet in the bedroom. They came right away and said they fixed it. We went for dinner and came back and it was still leaking and the carpet was wet. They came back the next day and said they fixed it and put a large fan in the room to dry the carpet but when we returned to the room it was still leaking and continued like that until we checked out so basically had a leaking air conditioner for three days and wet carpet to walk on in the bedroom.
They did not offer anything to compensate for this annoyance other than two free chocolates....Not very good hospitality for the Westin.

Loved the pools. Easy access for kids to have fun and great infinity pools and hot tub with views. The blended drinks were great. Had pina colada and daquiris. The restaurant was very convenient and nice outdoor seating. Very close to Hanalei bay beaches and restaurants. Was very convenient to drive to all hikes we wanted to do.
